Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie reviewer, is known for her morbid appreciation of dumb action films and horror movies. She began reviewing movies in late 2009 after becoming well-known in their forum. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) She was then invited to be a part of on the Channel Awesome team. The channel remained part of the site up until January 2015 after which Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted as well as a show that covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She reviews awful films for kids or RiffTrax shows as well as sometimes adult-oriented films (including Baywatch (2017)). She began reviewing films late in 2009. Following her rise to fame on the Channel Awesome forums, she was asked to join the reviewer family. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She as well as Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would often appear on episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
